Tips for Managing Social Anxiety

2. Challenge your negative thoughts and replace them with positive, self-affirming ones.

3. Gradually expose yourself to social situations that trigger your anxiety. Start with small, low-stress situations and work your way up.

4. Be proud of yourself when you do put yourself in social situations. Even if you are only able to stay for a short period of time, it’s important to recognize the positive steps you’re taking!
